Tickets, tours and deals
The ticket sellers, tour companies, passes and deals on the sight pages are listed because they are what visitors actually use, and because we think they are worth knowing about. We can never guarantee a ticket seller, tour company or deal. A company being listed means we saw its live page when we checked the sight, nothing more. We have not tested every tour, we have no relationship with any of the companies unless a placement is clearly marked as sponsored, and we are not responsible for their products, prices, cancellations or refunds.
Always book through the official ticket site where you can, and check the details (date, time slot, what is included, the name on the ticket, refund rules) on the seller’s own page before you pay. If a booking goes wrong, contact the company you booked with: we can’t help with bookings or refunds.
Prices, opening hours and rules
Every price on Sightsale carries the month it refers to, and every page shows when it was last checked. Prices, opening hours, booking rules, dress codes and closures change, sometimes without notice: sights close for restoration, events, strikes, weather or heat. Check the official site shortly before your visit.
Tips and advice
Tips come from travel forums, locals, tourism boards and the sights’ own advice, rewritten in our own words. They are what worked for others, not a guarantee. Nothing on Sightsale is legal, medical, financial or safety advice. Follow the rules and instructions of the sight and the local authorities, and check official travel advice for your country before you travel.
Scams
The scam descriptions are there so you can recognise the common tricks. They are not a complete list, and scammers change their methods. If you think you have been scammed, contact the local police and your bank or card issuer as soon as possible.
Links to other sites
We link to official sites, ticket sellers, tour companies and other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for what they show or do. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave Sightsale.
